Germany Moves to Block Nicaragua’s ICJ Case on Arms Shipments

While Israel rejects these claims as politically motivated, characterizing its actions as self-defense against Hamas, the ICJ previously found some of South Africa’s arguments plausible enough to warrant provisional measures. The court is expected to rule on Germany’s jurisdictional challenge later this year.
