While offering prayers for the state's prosperity, Reddy’s schedule remains dominated by political maneuvering. Today, he travels to Kurnool to attend a wedding reception at St. Joseph’s College Grounds, an event doubling as a mobilization point for local party cadres who have organized a significant reception for his visit. He is expected to return to his base in Tadepalli immediately following the event.
This trip follows a series of strategic directives issued during his recent visit to Pulivendula. At a Praja Darbar held at the Bhakarapuram camp office, Reddy instructed his supporters to treat local body elections as a primary test of the party's strength. He explicitly forbade uncontested victories for opponents, demanding that YSRCP candidates challenge every seat. Addressing concerns regarding political intimidation, he promised the cadre institutional support, warning that any misuse of police or official power by rivals would be met with collective resistance.
