In Rostov-on-Don, a vital export hub positioned near the Sea of Azov, falling drone debris triggered fires and shattered windows across the district. Regional governor Yuri Slyusar confirmed the damage, noting the impact on local infrastructure. Simultaneously, Belgorod faced a targeted drone assault that set a residential building on fire and resulted in 12 of the reported injuries.

The violence extended deep into Ukrainian territory, where Russian forces launched guided bomb and drone strikes against the southern city of Zaporizhzhia and the northern Sumy region. These concurrent operations have heightened the volatility of the conflict, though independent verification of these casualty figures remains unavailable.
