Ukrainian Drone Strikes Hit Wildberries Facilities in Krasnodar

A series of drone strikes targeted the logistics infrastructure of Wildberries, Russia’s largest online retailer, leaving multiple people injured and sparking a major fire in the Krasnodar region. The incident underscores a shift in tactical focus as aerial incursions increasingly disrupt civilian-facing operations deep within Russian territory.

Thick plumes of smoke billowed over the city following the strike, with regional governor Veniamin Kondratiev confirming that debris damaged two nearby apartment buildings. Emergency response teams, including 105 personnel and a specialized firefighting helicopter, were deployed to contain the blaze and manage the aftermath of the debris field. While the company’s co-founder acknowledged the casualties, Wildberries has yet to disclose the full extent of the structural or inventory losses caused by the explosion.

This assault follows a similar strike last Saturday that resulted in eight casualties at a separate facility. The pattern of targeting major commercial nodes suggests a calculated effort to exert pressure on the Kremlin by destabilizing internal supply chains. Ukraine has maintained its standard position of silence regarding the specific operation, leaving the escalation of these drone sorties to speak for itself as the conflict widens.
