The FBI accuses Singh of playing a central role in a conspiracy to distribute and export controlled substances, specifically cocaine and methamphetamine, on behalf of the Ravinder Dhanda Organized Crime Group. This network is alleged to have smuggled bulk quantities of narcotics across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. A federal arrest warrant was issued for Singh on June 23, 2026, in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

His pursuit is part of a wider effort to dismantle criminal organizations led by figures such as Lawrence Bishnoi and Jaggu Bhagwanpuria. Earlier this month, a multi-national sweep across the United States, Canada, and Europe resulted in the arrest of 24 individuals, including 11 suspects apprehended in California. The Department of Justice has named 37 people in total within the Operation Hard Ball indictment, citing a series of offenses ranging from drug distribution to international trafficking.
