The sessions, aimed at establishing technical working groups, mark a shift toward operationalizing recent diplomatic agreements as regional mediators look on.

Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi leads the Iranian delegation, which comprises a specialized team of legal, economic, and political experts tasked with navigating the specifics of the memorandum. The presence of representatives from Pakistan and Qatar underscores the ongoing role of these mediator nations in facilitating dialogue between the two sides.

While these technical discussions proceed on Swiss soil, the primary Iranian negotiating team, under the direction of Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf, has already departed for Tehran. The current meetings focus exclusively on the mechanics of the agreement, moving beyond high-level strategy to address the practical frameworks necessary for enforcement.
