Marc Bindschädler appointed to lead Vontobel equity client management

Bindschädler officially assumed the position in October, tasked with steering client engagement across all institutional equity and multi-asset strategies. He continues to serve as a client portfolio manager for mtx Emerging Markets equity strategies, reporting directly to Lanny Cresta, the head of the firm's client centre.

His appointment marks a significant transition within the organization, building on his tenure at Vontobel since 2011, when he first joined as a senior relationship manager. His career history includes extensive experience in sustainable investing and product specialization, notably through his previous roles at UBS and SAM Sustainable Asset Management. Having started as an apprentice at UBS, Bindschädler progressed through various sales and management functions before moving to Vontobel over a decade ago.
