Membership in the association remains exclusive, requiring firms to manage at least 1 billion francs while maintaining independence from majority bank ownership. Since Nicole Curti assumed the presidency in 2022, the alliance has seen significant growth, rising from 103 billion francs in managed assets and 1,120 employees to its current scale.
Targa 5 Advisors, led by founder Eli Mizrahi, brings a specialized focus on Latin American markets and a goal of reaching 3 billion francs in assets within two years. To support this expansion, the firm recently bolstered its leadership with appointments including Louis-Philippe Martel and Fernando Reis. Meanwhile, Geneva-based GSK & Partners, founded by Steve Klemme and George Sarkis, strengthens the alliance’s multi-family office expertise following its merger with Swiss Financial House earlier this year.
The new additions consolidate the presence of firms in western Switzerland, bringing the regional tally to 17, alongside 21 members in the German-speaking cantons and four in Ticino. Curti noted that this linguistic diversity creates a robust platform for sharing industry expertise and coordinating dialogue with national regulators and custodian banks.
