Gruber’s appointment, which remains subject to regulatory approval, marks a transition for the Liechtenstein-based firm. Having served on the executive management team for years, Gruber played a pivotal role in building the company’s private markets business and driving its expansion across North and South America. The firm stated that the current corporate strategy will remain unchanged under his direction.
Paganoni, who founded the company in 1998, will transition to the Group Holding Board. During his tenure, he transformed the organization into a global alternative investment powerhouse managing over $120 billion in assets. Today, the firm employs approximately 1,000 staff across 16 global locations, serving a client base of more than 750 institutional investors.
