The new hires include David Littler, Brooke Pugh, James Redburn, Lorna Jackson, and Luke Kauntze. According to industry reports, these advisers had already departed their positions at Rathbones earlier this year before finalizing their transition to the Mayfair-based firm. This expansion brings Bellecapital’s total relationship manager count in the UK to twelve, according to COO Valerie von Stotzingen.
While Bellecapital manages approximately 6 billion francs globally, it does not disclose specific figures for its British business. The firm has been under new operational leadership since CEO Tobias Faes took the helm following a transition that saw founding partners Beat Bass and Mark Eberle move to the board of directors. Eberle has since directed his focus toward strategic growth, identifying England as a primary target for the company's future development.
Bellecapital entered the UK market in 2015 and solidified its presence in 2016 by acquiring Williams de Broë Private Investment from Investec. The subsidiary, regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, operates from Berkeley Street in Mayfair, just blocks from its original office on Berkeley Square.
