Peter Paschke assumed leadership of the Swiss entity on October 1, 2026, joining the board to spearhead the firm’s push into club deals and joint ventures. The company intends to leverage its 15-billion-euro portfolio—which spans logistics, hotels, and data centers across 16 countries—to provide private investors with the same access traditionally reserved for large-scale institutional players.
Paschke brings over 14 years of experience in private markets, having previously managed real estate portfolios for a Zug-based family office and held roles at Pangaea Life Capital Partners and Muirfield Capital. His appointment signals a strategic shift for Garbe, which previously focused exclusively on international private equity firms. The firm’s shareholder families plan to co-invest alongside these new partners, a move Paschke believes addresses a growing demand for transparent, hands-on investment management among entrepreneurial families.
