Meanwhile, the village of Trybukhivtsi has repurposed a 1939-era council building into a modern service center. The €420,000 reconstruction serves 8,000 residents, including displaced families, by centralizing pension, labor, and civil registration services. Beyond updated electrical and ventilation systems, the facility now features a vertical lifting platform and expanded workstations, marking a significant shift toward accessible, efficient local governance. These initiatives, supported by the Ukraine Early Recovery Programme and the UNDP, demonstrate a focus on resilient infrastructure that directly offsets the rising costs of municipal maintenance during wartime.
