Dhami noted that the redevelopment of the Kedarnath shrine complex has turned a site devastated by the 2013 disaster into a renewed spiritual destination. Governor Lt Gen Gurmit Singh (retd) joined the Chief Minister at the event, where the administration reaffirmed its commitment to projecting the region's spiritual legacy onto the global stage.

Beyond tourism, the Chief Minister pivoted to the rural economy during a separate session at the Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology. At the Shri Laxmanrao Inamdar Second Cooperative Leadership Training Programme, he argued that strengthening Multi-Purpose Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (M-PACS) is essential for mountain agriculture. By fostering skilled leadership within cooperatives, the government aims to create sustainable opportunities for youth and boost the prosperity of villages across the state.
