Chamala singled out KT Rama Rao, arguing that the opposition’s decision to abandon the floor of the Assembly in favor of street disruptions undermines the legislative process. By choosing confrontation over debate, BRS members failed their primary duty to address pressing public concerns, according to the MP.
The lawmaker emphasized that the alleged assault on law enforcement personnel, specifically the mistreatment of women officers, represents a departure from legitimate political dissent. For Chamala, this pattern of behavior signals a broader degradation of parliamentary standards, as the opposition prioritizes agitation over the established mechanisms of governance.
