Rama Rao contends that the administration’s performance has triggered widespread hardship for farmers, students, and the unemployed. He specifically highlighted the agriculture sector, citing critical delays in procurement, fertilizer distribution, and the implementation of the Rythu Bharosa scheme. According to the BRS, these administrative bottlenecks have exacerbated agrarian distress across the state.
The chargesheet also directs focus toward the education and employment sectors. KTR questioned the status of the promised job calendar and the recruitment of two lakh government vacancies, noting that youth who backed Congress during the polls are now demanding accountability. Furthermore, he criticized the mounting fee reimbursement dues and the government's heavy-handed response to student protests.
Beyond social welfare, the BRS leader raised alarms regarding the state’s fiscal health. He pointed to the utilization of 4.5 lakh crore in borrowings, demanding transparency on how these funds were deployed. The document outlines 30 alleged scams and irregularities spanning land transactions, government contracts, and infrastructure projects. KTR warned that the BRS would escalate its pressure on the government, both through upcoming Assembly sessions and grassroots campaigns, to address these grievances.
