The minister’s agenda extended to economic and regional development. He consulted with Serbian Minister of Internal and Foreign Trade Jagoda Lazarevic to identify avenues for scaling commercial ties. Additionally, Rijiju held discussions with Angola’s Foreign Minister, Tete Antonio, targeting a broader bilateral alliance for mutual prosperity.
The diplomatic push culminated in an audience with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic. Rijiju described the engagement as a reaffirmation of the friendship between the two nations, grounded in shared interests and mutual respect.
