Economic anxiety drives these preferences, with 90% of Asian American respondents citing the cost of living and inflation as their primary concerns. When asked which party is better equipped to handle these fiscal pressures, 44% of voters pointed to the Democrats, while only 18% expressed confidence in Republican policies. Beyond the economy, voters highlighted healthcare, unemployment, and Social Security as critical policy areas. While prediction markets like Polymarket currently suggest a 51% chance for a Democratic sweep of both chambers, the shifting priorities of this rapidly expanding electorate remain a central focus for both national parties.
