During his briefing to the UN Human Rights Council, he urged international pressure on Islamabad to halt military operations and engage in direct dialogue with the Jammu and Kashmir Joint National Action Committee. He contends that Pakistan’s refusal to address the protesters' demands stems from institutional ego, warning that the state's reliance on security-led suppression will ultimately force a reckoning with global human rights bodies.

He further accused the Pakistani government of orchestrating historical operations that have devastated communities across Srinagar, Muzaffarabad, and Rawalakot. According to the UKPNP leader, these actions are part of a broader strategy of state repression that has failed to break the will of the local population. He pledged that his organization would remain committed to supporting residents in Rawalakot and beyond, maintaining opposition to any policies designed to force the region into submission.
