Ukrainian Drone Strikes Cripple Wildberries Logistics in Ryazan

A series of Ukrainian drone strikes on industrial sites in Ryazan has crippled the distribution network of Russian retail giant Wildberries, forcing a 10% reduction in storage capacity. The attack ignited multiple fires, sent six people to the hospital, and left tens of thousands of small businesses facing significant supply chain delays.

Governor Pavel Malkov confirmed the extent of the damage via Telegram, noting that the strikes targeted critical infrastructure across the city. The operational loss at Wildberries’ facilities highlights the growing vulnerability of civilian logistics hubs as the conflict deepens. Beyond the industrial fallout, the human toll continues to mount elsewhere in the region. Missile debris claimed one life and injured another in an apartment complex in Taganrog. Meanwhile, in Kherson, a separate Russian drone strike resulted in one death and three injuries. The broader theater of conflict remains increasingly volatile, with both sides now actively targeting vessels along key trade routes. These maneuvers are already tightening global supplies of oil and grain, threatening to exacerbate economic instability far beyond the immediate front lines.
