Beyond field operations, the project mandates systemic integration between the Ministry of Health and the Social Security Fund. By streamlining referrals and medicine management, officials aim to serve 1.58 million people through more efficient pharmaceutical distribution. The plan also includes the construction of six resilient health centers and the introduction of digital tools for patient data management. This operation represents the first installment of a $120 million credit line designed to underpin national health reforms through 2029.
