Singh was wanted for his alleged role in the Ravinder Dhanda Organized Crime Group, a Vancouver-based network accused of trafficking bulk quantities of cocaine and methamphetamine across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. A federal arrest warrant was issued for him on June 23, 2026, by the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, charging him with conspiracy to distribute and export controlled substances.
His capture follows Operation Hard Ball, a sweeping international effort targeting gangs led by Lawrence Bishnoi, Jaggu Bhagwanpuria, and Ravinder Dhanda. Earlier this month, a multi-agency operation across the U.S., Canada, and Europe resulted in the arrests of 24 individuals, including 11 in California. The U.S. Department of Justice has indicted 37 people in connection with the probe, highlighting a coordinated crackdown on transnational crime groups with roots in India.
