JD and Usha Vance Welcome Son Alec Neel

Vice-President JD Vance and his wife, Usha, welcomed their fourth child, Alec Neel Vance, on Sunday morning at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda. The couple married in 2014 after meeting as law students.
