The meeting, originally scheduled for this week, will now take place within the next ten days. Party leaders are currently evaluating alternative venues, including Parwanoo and Kasauli, to mitigate transit challenges caused by frequent flight cancellations and hazardous road conditions near Chandigarh. The shift aims to provide a more accessible hub for members struggling with the state's severe weather.

Beyond administrative rescheduling, the party is pivoting its focus toward emergency response efforts. Vinay Kumar underscored the coordination between the state government and party machinery, noting that Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu is prioritizing disaster relief.
