Kumar expressed deep concern regarding the misappropriation claims, noting that the remaining trustees share this distress. The government-led investigation began immediately after an FIR was filed, prompted by initial findings of financial irregularities.
To maintain continuity, Krishna Mohan has assumed the role of General Secretary on an interim basis. Meanwhile, a committee of retired officials is currently vetting candidates for the permanent CEO position.
