Kejriwal Targets BJP Alleging Financial Malfeasance at Ram Mandir

Aam Aadmi Party national convenor Arvind Kejriwal has leveled sharp accusations against the Bharatiya Janata Party and the Ram Mandir Teerth Kshetra Trust, pointing to a sprawling embezzlement scandal involving land transactions and missing donations linked to the ongoing construction of the Ayodhya temple complex.

The controversy centers on land deals dating back to 2021, where Kejriwal alleges the Trust knowingly paid inflated prices for property. By asserting that lands were purchased at values significantly higher than market rates, he suggested a coordinated effort to siphon funds under the guise of temple development.

Beyond property acquisition, the allegations extend to the management of construction contracts and the security of physical assets. Kejriwal cited reports of kickbacks involving project tenders and claimed that valuable items, including jewelry donated by devotees, have gone missing. These claims follow a formal police investigation initiated by an FIR, which has already triggered the resignation of several Trust officials and led to multiple arrests. Critics and observers alike are now demanding a transparent audit to address the integrity of the project's finances.
