Binoy George Named India's New Ambassador to Uruguay

Amarilla views the physical presence of the mission as a catalyst for expanded high-level dialogue, openly inviting both Prime Minister Narendra Modi and External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar to visit Uruguay to mark the occasion.
