He urged citizens to integrate these practices to foster mental clarity and sustained focus, aligning with this year’s theme, 'Yoga for Healthy Ageing,' which targets active living across all generations.
In Bikaner, Ashwini Vaishnaw and Law Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal joined large-scale sessions to demonstrate the practice's daily utility. Vaishnaw drew a historical parallel, comparing the current global expansion of yoga to Swami Vivekananda’s introduction of Indian culture to the world, framing the Prime Minister's efforts as a defining cultural achievement. The ministers maintain that these ancient techniques offer a tangible solution to modern physical and mental health challenges.
