Patton credited the administration’s 'Nation First' policy for lifting 250 million people out of multidimensional poverty and accelerating India into the position of the world’s fastest-growing major economy. He pointed to advancements in digital infrastructure, national security, and targeted welfare programs for farmers, women, and youth as the pillars of this growth. Beyond domestic policy, the event emphasized India’s rising global influence, citing trade agreements and the 30 international civilian honors awarded to the Prime Minister.

Minister Temjen Imna Along characterized the decade-plus period as a fundamental shift in the nation’s socioeconomic identity. The state leadership concluded the briefing by reaffirming their commitment to the government’s 'Viksit Bharat 2047' vision, describing the current era as a move toward a new model of service-oriented governance.
