The curriculum addresses the convergence of climate disruption, geopolitical instability, and rapid digital transformation. By moving away from fragmented micro-learning, GAFG emphasizes hybrid access and cost-efficient group cohorts. A core component of this rollout is the integration of confidential, one-to-one problem-solving sessions, which the organization describes as micro-consulting tailored to the specific needs of institutional leadership.
The 2026 schedule includes a one-day intensive on Crisis Management and Communication on 11 June, followed by an Analogue Retreat from 24–28 August designed to foster strategic foresight through deep, undistracted work. The flagship offering is an eight-week hybrid program on AI and Life Science, running from 24 September to 12 November. This technical course draws on a global network of 30 international speakers and follows prior proceedings that involved participants from 48 nations. GAFG is currently accepting expressions of interest for these sessions, with specific incentives available for institutional partners and group placements.
