Bonhôte Bank Expands Geneva and Lausanne Leadership

The bank is integrating new leadership in Geneva and Lausanne while positioning a dedicated specialist to capture the emerging South African market.

Ali Altinsoy takes the helm of the Geneva branch, bringing over 15 years of local experience from his previous roles at UBS and Piguet Galland & Cie. His mandate centers on leveraging his deep familiarity with the Rhône financial district to bolster the bank’s presence on Boulevard du Théâtre, where it has operated since 2009. Meanwhile, the Lausanne branch welcomes Ramia Montandon as a client advisor. Her background includes a tenure at PostFinance and leadership experience in wealth management at Raiffeisen, a combination the bank expects will provide sophisticated, tailored support to its Lake Geneva clientele.

Beyond Swiss borders, Jaime Arnold assumes responsibility for business development in South Africa. Formerly of UBS and Vontobel, Arnold will focus on scaling family office services and deepening ties with independent asset managers. These hires signal a broader push by the private bank to secure top-tier talent as it pursues a strategy of entrepreneurially driven growth, aiming to balance regional market consolidation with a targeted international expansion.
