The allegations, presented by Swamp Watch Studios and Tystnaden Films, detail encounters occurring in Arizona and Washington, D.C. One accuser, identified as Kelvin, alleges he was 17 years old when he met Graham at an Arizona property in 2001. According to his account, he received $120 after assuring the senator he was of legal age. Another man, Cory, claims he was paid $1,500 for a 2012 encounter at the Mayflower Hotel, asserting that the senator requested degrading acts during their meeting. A third individual, Jesse, corroborated the claims of a transactional sexual history, noting Graham’s public recognition from political advertisements.
Graham, who served as the senator for South Carolina from 2003 until his death from an aortic tear in July 2026, maintained a strictly conservative public stance on marriage and LGBTQ rights throughout his career. While these claims have surfaced via the Young Turks network, they remain uncorroborated by independent investigators. Representatives for the late senator, including his sister, U.S. Senator Darline Graham, have not addressed the documentary’s assertions. The film’s release arrives months after the senator’s passing, complicating any potential formal inquiry into the events described by the three men.
