Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, overseeing the planning phase, directed officials to ensure meticulous coordination for the campaign running from September 17 to October 17. The centerpiece, titled the Ashirwad Ka Diya programme, serves as a symbolic gesture of appreciation, with residents encouraged to light lamps at various locations to commemorate the Prime Minister's career milestone.

Beyond the record-breaking attempt, the administration has structured a diverse calendar of events to drive public engagement. These include blood donation drives, educational contests in painting and speech, and street plays designed to heighten service awareness. Yadav emphasized that the success of the initiative relies on effective execution and thorough mobilization of resources across the region.
