Gunman Dies After Killing Three at Twin Falls In-N-Out

Police Chief Matthew Hicks confirmed Sunday that Williams acted alone during the attack, which occurred just over a week after the restaurant opened its doors. While the investigation into a motive remains ongoing, authorities credited the intervention of the officer and the civilian for preventing a higher death toll. The quick response diverted the shooter, who was later found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound near the site.

Among the three victims killed was an employee, according to In-N-Out owner Lynsi Snyder, who expressed her grief for the families affected by the tragedy. Of the seven people injured, two remain in critical condition while three are stable. Investigators are currently processing evidence and have asked the public to submit any photos or video footage to the FBI to assist in the inquiry.
