The National President of the Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) dismissed mounting criticism that the delimitation process masks ulterior political motives. Paswan insisted the procedure remains transparent and grounded in legislative necessity, countering opposition narratives that suggest the government intends to stall or distort the implementation of women's reservation. By distancing his party from these allegations, he has solidified his alignment with the central government’s broader legislative agenda.
Beyond national policy, Paswan is pivoting toward aggressive organizational expansion. He confirmed plans to bolster the LJP(R) presence across all 403 constituencies in Uttar Pradesh, with similar growth strategies slated for Punjab and Uttarakhand. While he remains focused on this regional strengthening, the minister avoided addressing potential alliance configurations for future elections, keeping the party’s long-term strategic cards close to his chest.
