Russian Missile Strikes Claim Eight Lives in Dnipro and Zaporizhzhia

In Dnipro, a direct missile strike on a private business resulted in five deaths and left 29 people injured, according to regional governor Oleksandr Hanzha. The scale of the destruction prompted President Volodymyr Zelenskiy to issue a renewed plea for European nations to urgently strengthen Ukraine’s anti-ballistic defense infrastructure.

Simultaneously, a drone strike in Zaporizhzhia targeted a civilian minibus. The explosion killed three people and wounded seven others, including a young boy. These strikes highlight the persistent danger facing urban centers as the war continues to exact a heavy toll on non-combatants across the region.
