Russian Strikes Claim Seven Lives Across Dnipro and Zaporizhzhia

Five civilians died and 28 sustained injuries Monday after a Russian missile strike pulverized a private business in Dnipro. The assault, one of two deadly attacks in southeastern Ukraine within 24 hours, follows a separate drone strike on a minibus in Zaporizhzhia that killed two more people, including a child.

Regional governor Oleksandr Hanzha released photographs from the Dnipro site, depicting the wreckage of shattered glass and emergency crews navigating the debris. Local police forces have launched a search and rescue operation, scouring the ruins for survivors trapped beneath the remnants of the commercial building.

In the nearby Zaporizhzhia region, a targeted drone attack struck a minibus, claiming two lives and leaving six others wounded. Among the injured is a child, according to regional governor Ivan Fedorov. Moscow has not issued a statement regarding the strikes, which mark yet another escalation in a conflict now entering its fifth year.
