Acting Governor Yegor Kovalchuk confirmed that a Ukrainian drone strike hit a civilian vehicle near the border, killing two people. The incident adds to the growing volatility in the Bryansk region, which has seen frequent skirmishes since the start of the broader conflict.

Simultaneously, Governor Oleksandr Ganzha reported that Russian forces launched a series of drone and artillery strikes across the Dnipropetrovsk region. The attacks left one person dead and several others injured. The area remains a focal point of military activity, largely due to its strategic proximity to the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant.
