He stated that any demand linking the removal of Israeli forces to the disarmament of his group crosses an absolute red line. By framing the disarmament clause as a non-negotiable boundary, Qassem effectively complicates the implementation of the ceasefire terms, signaling that Hezbollah remains committed to maintaining its armed presence regardless of international pressure.
