Kyiv has repeatedly accused Moscow of attempting to pressure Belarus into a deeper role, citing the country's strategic position as a logistical asset for Russian forces. While the Kremlin maintains that no such pressure is being applied, the alliance between Minsk and Moscow remains a focal point of regional anxiety. Kyiv has yet to issue a formal response to the latest declaration from the Belarusian leadership.
