The initiative, organized in partnership with the British Council, selects outstanding scholars for a tailored exchange program running from June 27 to July 11. During the launch, Shivakumar emphasized that the government aims to prioritize talent over circumstance, offering students a global perspective to help them contribute to both state and national development upon their return.

Beyond academic initiatives, the Deputy Chief Minister pivoted to political strategy, urging Congress party workers to mobilize during the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls. He directed Booth Level Agents to act as help desks, specifically targeting migrant workers to ensure no eligible voters are excluded from the updated rolls. Shivakumar also addressed internal party dynamics, confirming his adherence to established power-sharing agreements within the Karnataka government, signaling a push for party unity as the KPCC continues its statewide voter awareness campaign, "Congress Nade Matadarara Kadege."
