Saini’s remarks came following a meeting of the District Public Relations and Grievances Redressal Committee. He argued that the "double-engine" government in Haryana has set a standard for public service that resonates with the people of Punjab, who he insists are hungry for tangible development rather than the rhetoric currently provided by their leadership. The Chief Minister dismissed criticism from opposition parties as mere political maneuvering, pointing to his administration’s focus on law and order as a stark contrast to the perceived instability under previous Congress regimes.
Beyond electoral politics, the Chief Minister addressed logistical concerns regarding the NEET re-examination. To prevent disruption for students, the government has mandated free bus services for all candidates. Furthermore, Saini highlighted the administration’s commitment to grassroots development, noting that funds have been directly disbursed to Gram Panchayats and Municipal Bodies to accelerate infrastructure projects. He also touched upon cultural heritage, referencing the recent observance of Guru Arjan Dev’s martyrdom in Panchkula as a vital effort to instill the values of sacrifice and national service in the youth.
