Garza reported watching three individuals, appearing to be teenagers, escape the wreckage alongside a pilot. Rescuers struggled to pull an unconscious passenger from the cabin before the fire intensified. Laredo Police Department investigator Jose Baeza confirmed that while the aircraft was destroyed, no motorists on the highway sustained injuries. Loop 20 remains closed in both directions as authorities process the wreckage.
