TMC Leaders Targeted in West Bengal Egg Assaults

Banerjee’s court appearance followed a formal complaint filed by BJP leader Ravi Keshari, who accused the youth leader of assaulting party workers. The tension spilled over again when TMC leader Kunal Ghosh was similarly targeted by a local youth. Ghosh denounced the attack as an act of intimidation by BJP-affiliated miscreants, vowing that such tactics would not force him to abandon his political principles.

Following the incident, Ghosh filed a formal complaint with the Police Commissioner, openly criticizing law enforcement for their failure to intervene during the assault. Despite the rising frequency of these physical confrontations, Ghosh maintains that he will continue his activities undeterred by the threat of further violence.
