KTR Demands SIT Probe Into Congress Internal Leaks

Bharat Rashtra Samithi working president KT Rama Rao has turned his fire on the Telangana Congress, demanding a Special Investigation Team probe into the party’s internal fractures. KTR alleges that sensitive case details surrounding Meenakshi Natarajan’s failed Rajya Sabha nomination were leaked to political rivals from within the party ranks.

KTR Demands SIT Probe Into Congress Internal Leaks

The BRS leader insists that the Congress must look inward to address the betrayal that cost Natarajan her political standing. Dismissing claims that external forces are to blame, KTR challenged Chief Minister Revanth Reddy to authorize a formal investigation into the factional infighting that led to the leak of confidential documents to BJP counterparts.

This demand follows the Supreme Court’s recent dismissal of the Congress plea regarding the rejection of Natarajan's nomination. While the court clarified that its ruling does not preclude future election petitions in the High Court, the decision has fueled widespread discontent within Congress leadership. Party officials have openly voiced frustration over the Election Commission's handling of the matter, viewing the institutional failure as a symptom of deeper mismanagement. KTR maintains that these protests are merely a distraction from the organized chaos currently destabilizing the state government.
