Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha described the assembly as a grand success, noting the rare convergence of all state heads. The proceedings focused on cooperative federalism, moving beyond traditional administrative boundaries to integrate state-level development strategies with the Prime Minister's Viksit Bharat agenda. During the sessions, attendees debated how to effectively bridge the gap between local policy execution and national growth targets.

Saha specifically highlighted Tripura’s recent governance wins and its ongoing alignment with central directives, framing the state’s progress as a template for collaborative growth. Prime Minister Modi later underscored the necessity of sustained partnership between the Centre and the states to achieve long-term economic objectives. The meeting also drew participation from Lieutenant Governors and Union Ministers, cementing the event as a critical junction for future policy coordination.
