Zelenskiy maintains that Europe’s unified stance is the primary leverage needed to force a shift in Moscow’s position. The European contingent has defined the core requirements for any viable peace process: a definitive ceasefire and robust security guarantees for Ukraine. Without these pillars, the leaders argue, the diplomatic effort lacks the necessary foundation to move beyond rhetoric.
