Conflict defines the current political landscape as BJP spokesperson NV Subhash mounts a dual-pronged attack, accusing Congress of internal instability in Karnataka and dismissing corruption claims from BRS leadership in Telangana as a diversionary tactic to mask a decade of financial mismanagement under their previous administration.
In Karnataka, Subhash argues that the Congress party’s governance is crippled by factional infighting over ministerial portfolios. He highlights the dissatisfaction of senior MLA Ramalinga Reddy, who reportedly sought the lucrative Bangalore Development Authority post but was instead assigned to water resources. According to Subhash, these disputes expose a party prioritizing internal power dynamics over the promises made to the electorate during the campaign.Simultaneously, the BJP has rebuffed allegations of a coal scam involving the Singareni Collieries Company. Subhash labeled the claims made by BRS working president KT Rama Rao as mere political theater. By characterizing KTR’s appeal to Union Coal Minister G Kishan Reddy as an eyewash, Subhash invited a formal third-party inquiry to scrutinize the financial records of the BRS's ten-year tenure, suggesting that the party is attempting to deflect attention from its own legacy of mismanagement.
