Sarosy began his role in September, tasked with driving firm-wide strategy and deepening engagement with ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Beyond business development, he acts as a strategic sounding board for the executive team, providing oversight on regulatory compliance and key operational decisions. His arrival follows a six-year tenure as managing director and COO of the multi-family office Hassium Asset Management, and he continues to operate his own London-based advisory, CAP Growth Partners.

His career spans over three decades, including a pivotal five-year stretch as head of investment management at Coutts, where he oversaw approximately CHF 15.6 billion in assets. His background also includes significant leadership roles at Credit Suisse and a 20-year career at Merrill Lynch. During his time at Merrill Lynch, he led an international portfolio management business overseeing CHF 6.6 billion across hubs in Geneva, London, Milan, and Madrid, cementing his expertise in cross-border wealth management.
