Zoss arrives at the firm after a decade-long tenure at Avadis Vorsorge, where he served as Head of Investments and sat on the executive board. His career, which began at UBS Global Custody in 2001, includes significant stints at State Street Global Advisors and Lombard Odier Asset Management. CEO Philipp Good identified Zoss’s arrival as the catalyst for the firm’s next growth phase, noting plans to further expand the team throughout the first half of 2027.
ESG-AM, established in 2021, currently manages a portfolio built on the belief that active management and systematic sustainability integration are essential for robust credit performance. Zoss echoed this approach upon his appointment, emphasizing his conviction that sustainability criteria are critical to sound investment decision-making. The firm’s expansion comes on the heels of its most successful fiscal year to date, signaling a transition from initial market entry to broader regional scaling.
