His academic background reflects the changing digital landscape of finance, featuring a Master in Business with AI alongside credentials as a Certified Crypto Finance Expert. Beyond his professional tenure, Rickenbacher has served on the Steinen municipal council since 2018.

Corinna Strickler will vacate her seat on the executive management team at the end of 2026, ending a 24-year tenure. She will remain at the bank in a reduced 50 percent capacity, transitioning into a credit advisory role to guide the incoming leadership and maintain continuity for the institution's client base.
